Boldness vs. Fearfulness

What does " A bold man is better in all things." mean? I think it means that if you are bold, you can succeed in life more. What is boldness? It is confidence that what I have to say or do is true, right and just. Boldness is shown throughout the Bible such as Acts 4:29. Boldness is also shown by the brave missionaries. How do you be bold? You can be bold by not being afraid to good things, and to stand up for what is right! The reward if you are bold is safety!
